Benjamin Schilz

Group CEO

Benjamin Schilz is an experienced international entrepreneur with a strong track record in delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions to the market. He was the founder of Acorus Networks, a bootstrapped cybersecurity and cloud-management company based in France, which was later merged with Volterra. During his tenure at Volterra, he secured additional funding, managed global operations and customer deployment strategy, and later negotiated and completed Volterra’s acquisition by the global technology company F5, where he then served as Vice President for Infrastructure & Operations.

Christian Salza

Managing Director

Christian Salza is Rubis's Managing Director, boasting over 25 years of expertise in overseeing both B2B and B2C enterprises. His extensive background encompasses the formulation of impactful go-to-market strategies, contributions to M&A activities, and successful financing rounds. Prior to his role at Rubis, Christian served as the founder and CEO of multiple enterprises. He also holds a distinguished Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Michigan State University.

Sascha Haase

SVP Product Management

Sascha Haase has been involved in computer technology since the age of eight. He has a higher education diploma in business law and management. Before joining Rubis, Sascha worked in the service provider market for different providers and launched the first Managed Kubernetes offering in the European market. His goal in Rubis's product development is to achieve the highest levels of both security and usability.

Maria Kruber

SVP Finance & CFO Rubis US Inc.

Maria Kruber showcased her expertise as an interim CFO for 50+ companies. Prior to this, she spent over a decade in a global corporate role, overseeing budgets in the multi-million range. Her exceptional skills in strategic financial decision-making and her ability to enhance operational efficiency significantly contributes to Rubis's financial success.

Mathias Staab

SVP Engineering

Mathias Staab has a strong computer science background. Before joining Rubis he worked as Senior Vice President at msg, a leading software consultancy and development company, delivering large-scale software projects in regulated industries. His focus on security and platform engineering makes him a great fit to lead Rubis's engineering teams.

Eleonore Chowdry

General Counsel

Eleonore Chowdry is a fully qualified lawyer with admission to the German bar. She has experience from over 100 projects in major international law firms and as General Counsel on-demand for several Tech Companies, which she can draw on in her work. Eleonore is adept at structuring and managing all aspects of the legal function and thus contributes to Rubis's success.

Andrea Hingst

VP People & Culture

Andrea Hingst manages all of Rubis People & Culture activities and makes sure we attract and retain the best talents. Before joining the company she was HR Lead Germany at getronics and a Senior HR Business Partner at Holiday Pirates Group and at Deutschlandradio. She holds an economics degree from Berlin School of Economics and Law with a specialization in HR Management, also she’s a systemic business coach.

Robert Kallwies

Director Information Security

Robert Kallwies is an information security professional with more than 20 years of experience as a cybersecurity specialist in management consultancies and international accounting firms. He was also a senior manager for information security in an enterprise organization with more than 20 legal entities, where he was responsible for the group wide IT continuity management. At Rubis, Robert leads our security engineering team and monitors all relevant security certifications and compliance requirements.
